Poor service

On December 10th, I placed an order, and I have yet to receive it. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but my messages remain unanswered. The lack of communication and resolution is extremely disappointing. I expected better customer service and reliability.

My glass jar arrived cracked

The latest order I received was a cracked glass jar with tallow seeping out. I sent an email with pictures but have not received a response back and there is no phone number to call. The jar I received in my last order was in perfect condition, the taste was fantastic and would like to continue to purchase the product but not sure how to proceed with a refund?

First use of beef tallow

I have been using the beef tallow now for two weeks and it has been my go to pan oil. It is superb when preparing scrambled eggs, it gives them a unique delicious flavor. I also used it when preparing ribeyes in a cast-iron frying pan. Again it does add a delicious flavor to steaks. Thoroughly pleased with the beef tallow purchase
