Time will tell

just used it for the first time to make a rice-a-roni knockoff. Covered the pan well and melted just fine. Nothing stuck. Tasted great.

Bad customer service

Please be sure to publish this feedback so potential customers know what they're dealing with when ordering from your company.
I ordered after business hours on Oct 25. Early business hours on Oct 26 before the order was even processed, I requested my order to be cancelled and issue a refund.
There was zero communication from the company. It took several days from the time they made the shipping label before they even shipped my order. During this time, I kept trying to cancel my order. Again, zero communication from you.
I hope that I can refuse this shipment by leaving a note for the mail carrier.

This is terrible customer service!!!
